Hi! I'm Kristen.
Growing up, I was the kid with the camera.
When my family and I went on vacation, I brought my Kodak Easyshare or Canon Powershot and took photos of the beach, animals at the zoo, and little knick knacks at boardwalk stores. I was an artsy kid — painting, writing, or drawing in my spare time.
As I got older, I loved how photography gave me exactly what I always saw in my head, but couldn't quite put on paper myself. I began taking portraits of my family members and friends for fun and fell in love with turning moments into art.
That's my favorite thing about photography: helping you realize that your moments, your relationships, and your bodies are beautiful — no matter where you are in life.
